My friends and I meet at Chapala's every Friday night. We have been going there for years. The staff there seems like it doesn't change much. Must be doing something right. The prices are right and the food and drinks are great. See you on Friday!!

I love this place. They have been in town for ever. One of the first Mexican restaurants. When ever we have friends or family from out of town. This is where we go. The servers treat us like family. My kids have all grown up going to Chapala's, and now their are bringing their freinds. Best Margaritas!!!

When I came to Las Vegas from Los Angeles in 1998 I was in search of a great mexican restaurant. After trying many different ones around town, I found I kept coming back to Chapalas. FYI, I have been vegetarian for thirty plus years and I have always found enough items on the menu to satisfy my cravings. If I ever want something not listed, the chefs are more than willing to create a special entree' for me. Whenever friends come to visit from out of town, I make it a point to take them there. Inevitably, when they come back, they insist on eating at least one meal there. If you have a reasonably sophisticated palate, you will appreciate and enjoy this food. However, if you think that Buca di Beppo or the Olive Garden is 'fine italian dining', then it's probably best you give this a miss. No review would be worth it's salt (around the rim) if margaritas were not mentioned. I have to admit I'm a little decedant when it comes to really good 'ritas. It may be a little more expensive, but try one with silver Patron. It is the perfect complement to the savory flavours from south of the border. I hope this review has helped some of you in your decision making process. I am confident that the ones who 'get it', get it. Just one more thing, (thank you for indulging me) if you are thinking of planning a wedding reception, business meeting, anniversary party, etc., talk to Jose (Joe) Flores, owner. He will give you what you want, and more! His kind of attention to detail and service are what creates a memorable experience.

I had my daughters wedding at chapala's Mexican Restaurant and was very please with how Joe Flores handle everything. I was a little worry being that I was from California and I had never been there and I was simply going by the reviews written here and a gut feeling of when spoken with Joe . My gut feeling was right it was great my guest enjoy it and made a lot of good commets of the food. We had anbundance of food and everybody was satisfied its been two weeks since the event and I am still getting compliments. I know know where we and many of our guests will be attending when they are at Las Vegas and are interested in Mexican food. Thank You Chapala's staff for everything.

Best mexican resturant for the money hands down. My friends and family have been eating there for years and we love it. Every once in a while the service can be slow. I have read reviews from some vegetarians that had a bad exprience and I have to say that if you dont eat meat you probably should not go to a mexican resturant in the first place.

The BIGGEST mistake while being in Veags is going to Chapala's Mexican Resturant, being Vegetarian I ordered Bean and Cheese Burrito. Even though the resturant was not BUSY, it took 40 minutes for me to recieve the food. The waiters were too-busy talking among them selves, NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. When I finally did recieve my food, there were Pieces of BEEF in my VEGGIE burrito. When I approached the waiter, he didn't apologize, or offer to correct the MISTAKE, INSTEAD he took the plate and came back with the bill. If you want to try Mexican food in Vegas, STAY AWAY from Chapala's. The service is BAD, the FOOD is HORRIBLE..............

My wife and I eat there at least 2 times a month. The chips are great, fresh, warm and free with 3 choices of spicy salsas; mild, hot and extra hot, and served immediately when you sit down. Quick Service - Great Food - Great dinner spot. Our authentic orders always have generous portions served attractively on a large hot plate. Either bar or regular drinks are served quick, full and tasty. The waitresses always returns often for service or requests. They have buy one get one free meal coupons in the local newspaper and have a great Happy Hour, Monday -Friday. Our favorite Mexican cusine. Rich & Rose
