Very good food and service. Definitely worth a try if you re in the area.

If you like Cuban food, you will love the Florida Cafe. Upon walking in, you will notice the spectacular decor, including bongo drum bar stools. The staff was immediately welcoming and very friendly. Then there s the food. We ordered Masas de Puerco (fried pork chunks) and Pierna de Puerco Asada (roasted shredded pork in a mojo sauce). Both were outstanding. The black beans and rice were classic and delicious. The price was very reasonable and the service was beyond compare. We are excited about going back.

This Cuban restaurant is consistenly good. Their roast pork is great, their Cuban bread is authentic, and the garlic on everything can t be beat.

I love coming here on lunch. The food and service are terrific. Great spot for good food.

Cuban food that sticks to your ribs at a price that doesn t stick it to you. Delicious food!

What more can you ask for? Their Chorizo Frito and Tamal De Maiz Cubano are my most favorite. This will make your mouth water and smile. Also, their Mojito drink is very refreshing.

One of my favorite spots for breakfast. I always order the Desayuno Cubano, which is delicious each and every time.

Great food! I m very picky about certain foods and the Cuban food here is made to perfection. I will most definitely be back again for dinner.

Yesterday. April 10th, 2012 at around 2:00PM, I went to this restaurant because I like Cuban cuisine. I took my daughter and my friend, whom just arrived from Kansas, for lunch. The service was terrible. Our waitress was far from being one. When my friend began to order, the waitress (BTW, I don t know her name because she had no nametag) was looking around (signaling other people to move here and there, etc.) while my friend was trying to order her meal. When my friend was done ordering, the waitress didn t take notes and asked What was that? hence, my friend had to start all over. During our lunch, she checked with us once and then disappeared for a very long time. When I asked one a waiter that was sitting at one of the tables, folding napkins, for our waitress because we wanted our chek, he told me in a very rude manner She is busy with other customers! . To that I told him, Well, I need the check . He didn t do anything because he said he was busy and told us she ll be back soon. About 15 minutes later she showed up and then we left. Again, this is the last time we eat there. To everyone reading this, think twice before eating there. Or, at least, do not go there on weekdays between 2:00-4:00PM.

The food here is awesome, the service is great and the place is very nice and casual. I love eating here! I highly recommend you to come and eat here. The bar is also a great it has very classy drinks that taste fantastic.
