Pho Kim Long II, Las Vegas

With so many Pho places on Spring Mountain you have to just pick one sometimes and go with it. I PICKED WRONG! Pho Kim Long was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The service in this place is HORRIBLE! Nothing but dirty looks the entire time. Our waiter was so rude I was actually happy when he never came back (we saw him once, he took our order and thats it). The Pho was okay until they brought out the vegetables to put in it. The mint, bean sprouts and thai basil looked like it had been thrown out by a soup kitchen and the spring rolls tasted like they had been in a dirty freezer for the last year. If you are trying to decide on a Pho place go to ANY OTHER Pho place on Spring Mountain. I will be better than Pho Kim Long!

Fantastic place with good pho and great calamari fritti...Asian style.

PHO kim long is the worst restaurant ever. they simply just get your order and ignore you the rest of the way. there pho is not good. not recommended! poor service! go to PHO SO 1!

I have to agree with everyone on this. I frequently visit Pho Kim Long, and every time it is the same scenario, poor, poor service, the staff makes you feel as if you don't belong there.

Kim Long used to be a decent lunch spot, but we stopped eating there due to the poor service and declining food quality. The last few times we've patronized this merchant, the spring rolls were dried-out and the vegetables inside were wilted. The tendon was overcooked and mushy, and the vegetables to top the Pho were wilted. We no longer frequent this establishment.

What ever you do, stay away from this place unless you're just looking for someone to make your day. The service here is beyond deplorable. It was rude. I will spare the details. Ofcourse, we left no tips. First time in some 3 years that I left a restaurant without tips. By the way, the food was mediocre. Oh yeah, there is a big sign near the Strip advertising their restaurant, but you're better off ignoring it.
