GROSS!!!!! if you think this is good Sea food you simply have never had fresh sea food! over cooked frozen sea food, ZERO stars, i would really not eat here even if i was PAID to eat here , it is that bad.
we really disappointed about the quality of the food. Sushi did not taste like sushi, soup was salty, dessert was not tasty, etc. We really regretted to pay $25/person to eat this buffet. We never satisfied any of those foods. In fact, we ended up to try another buffet a day after before we left Las Vegas.
This is a great buffet, the price is great. Coming from Central California I am very fortunate to have fresh sea food all the time, so I was a little skeptical but to my suprise their king crab legs are very fresh. I must of sat there for two hour just enjoying my self. Where I'm from it is considered a Sale if you can pay 18.99 per lbs of king crab legs, which would be about one and a half legs. I felt like at any min. I was gunna get asked to leave because of how much I was eatting for the price I paid. The wait in line was not a short one but I felt it was worth the wait. Soo for all you crab lovers this is the place for you.
-wow 4-5 stars for absolutely some of the worst seafood in the history of buffets, buyer beware, those folks giving it a thumbs up are beyond clueless, and have obviously never grew up near the sea, i.e. san fran., main, florida etc...., if you-all are schills for the casino and getting comps. for your reviews, then good luck to you, you have to look in the mirror every morning and live with yourself.
simply the best seafood buffet in the world!!!! if you have never been to this buffet, you have been really missing out on one of the best things vegas has to offer in dining. anybody who has written a review on this place and had anything negative to say about the price is a complete moron. i'm not the smallest guy in the world but i'm no hefer either and i can assure you that i have always gotten my money's worth in lobster tails alone, let alone all the other food that i ate while there. if you don't want to wait in line for a table, i suggest getting there at least 20 - 30 minutes before they open. the wait staff service is easily the best i have ever had at a buffet restuarant. each waiter/waitress only has a small area with few tables that they are responsible for, so they are very prompt in clearing your table of scrap bowls and dirty plates and my ice tea is always being refilled. back to the food. i will say a few years ago on my first visit to this buffet i was very disappointed in their primerib. it was only offered in rare, much too rare in my opinion, and it was cold. in subsequent visits i have found it to be much improved. they now offer it in different stages of doneness and the flavor is much better too. unfortunately i have never been there when king crab has been offered, if it ever has been, but the smaller snow crab is just as good if not better tasting and easier to eat than its bigger, tougher, spinier cousin. for those of you who complained about it not being cracked for you, all i can say is you must not know how to eat snow crab properly. no tools needed for eating snowcrab. all you have to do is break off the end of the leg segment pulling out the tendon with it. then just break it in half and pull out the meat in one whole piece. easy as pie. as for dessert, the new gelato bar was amazing. my friends and i make this one of the places we always come to every year and you won't go wrong in doing the same. if seafood aint your thing and you want the best steak and amazing service in vegas, go to Emeril's place, Delmonicos at the Venitian. WOW!!!!
The first thing you notice is the size of the place with more than 500 seats. However, the lines move
quickly and the food is outstanding, making this well worth the visit. The buffet overlooks the outdoor lagoon, so ...
