Cannot find the Pizza hut on Rainbow and Oakey. But they are awful. The girl that answers the phone cannot get anything straight. They were late with my pizza by 2 hours and never called to let me know the driver had a flat tire. And then tonight my pizza was a half hour late and when I called the same girl said I never ordered. This pizza hut has really gone down hill and the order taker needs to be FIRED!! I do not want to even rate them a 1 but they are making me.
It was the worst experience I have ever had.First I had 3!!!! different people take my order waited patiently for about an hour called to check the status they told me iy was on the way call back 20 minutes later they couldno't find my order as if it was never placed. I will never order from them ever and when they realized there was a mistake they didn't even apologize or try tom compensate that is just poor customer service and management
Ordered a pizza at 5pm. Order taking was ok and without issues. Gave them cell phone to call as we would be waiting at the cab stand area at our hotel to pick it up. After around an hour I get a call in the room about the delivery. The guy calling spoke no english what so ever. He could say a few words but he didn't understand what he was saying or anything that I said. We called the store to see if they could translate for us but they said they did not have his personal cell phone number. I asked why they didn't call the cell phne number we provided and she (the store manager) stated that he also could not call long distance on his cell phone. It had now been approximately 2 hours. She offered to send me another pizza for free but that would take another 1.5 to 3 hours as she would have to rush it to get it there in 1.5 hours. So I could stay in for the night to eat instead of going out and experiencing the vacation I paid for....humm...easy decision we just ordered a pizza from the Pizza/Itialian place in the Stratosphere Hotel.
1) No english speaking driver
2) No cell phone number for driver
3) Driver can't call long distance
4) driver did not show up at the proper location they set
I would expect better from a mom and pop store never the less Pizza Hut. Very Very disorganized, sloppy service. It's been 2.5 hours and we havn't heard anything else. I bet I have to go through the trouble of charging it back on my Amex also.
As a businessman this store needs to consider better organization. If the driver spoke english he would most likely have arrived at the right location to begin with. Even if he did not speak english if the store had his number the could have called him to get him to the right location ...assuming they could understand him. And if he didn't seem to have one of the only phones that does not have free long distance he would have been able to at least talk to the person downstairs at the hotel waiting for him to show up with the pizza!
So how many cell phone minutes can you buy for the $6.00 tip we were giving? How about the $24.00 for a single pizza. NOW that's the way to run a business!! No tip, no sale of $24.00 and some wasted product, labor, etc but they did save a few pennies on not calling the right number or hiring people that speak engish!
If I ran my business that way I sure wouldn't be able to afford the vacation I am on!
