During my visit my order was wrong, instead of 1 chicken burrito and 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos 1 received chicken burrito and 1 double beef burrito. My total was then mumbled to me so I gave the drive-thru cashier $3.03, in exact change, instead of $2.03, but asked “$3.03 right?” to which I was ignored. When I went in to resolve the issue, Isabel, the manager was assisting me, and Theresa, the cashier was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. They then, for some reason, threw away my burrito and counted the entire register and informed me they were “$2 short”, so I must have handed her two dollars, saying that I was either mistaken or lying. After wanting to leave I ask Isabel, the pregnant manager, for the refund for the one burrito she just tossed, she then instead grabs my entire bag and throws it all my food away and angrily gets my change and shoves my money at me to which she only responds an uninterested “sorry”. Both workers were very rude and would not return my receipt.
