Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse brings back a time when lunch was an event, cocktail hour was not to be missed and dinner with friends was a celebration. At Delmonico Steakhouse, we remember. Located in The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino, Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar.
This is the one restaurant we always have gone back to in Vegas. I thought that since it was Emeril it would be very Cajun. However, it has been great no matter what kind of food I was in the mood for. Great salads, great steak, great fish, great pasta. And the staff is so attentive! The waiters have always been so knowledgable, helpful and never snobbish.
I also love that the food is not over-complicated in some effort to impress the eye or simply to follow the trend. It's a perfect balance. And the ambiance is nice. Elegant but not stuffy. I can't wait to go back!
The place was nice, seated in about 10 mins. but it was alot more loud than i was expecting for a fine dining steakhouse, difficult to talk to my date without have to raise my voice. The service was great but at times he jumped in asking if we were ok and if we needed anything a bit too many times and when we needed him we had to flag him down. The steak was fantastic, basically melted in my mouth. The potato sides however were not worth the money at all. I can make better potatoes drunk after partying on the strip. The dessert was good and nicely presented, i wish i ordered more than one. All together i paid 180,including tip, for 2 main dishes, 2 sides, a dessert, an appetizer, and one mix drink. i do recommend this place, but then again i have yet to explore most of las vegas's fine dining restaurants haha.
if you like to waste your time and hard earned money than go here. The food was bad, the service was bad and the overall value was way over-rated.
l have been in other steakhouses on the strip and by far this one was the worst. The food was overpriced, served cold and not very impressive. In addition, the restaurant was very loud and next worth the rating received by the media/press.
The food was fantastic, the service was great and the atmosphere was trendy but classic!
Try the table side Caesar, the best.
We all had steaks and we all loved them. My rib eye was probably the best steak I have ever had.
Delmonico is the best restaurant in Vegas and may be my favorite restaurant in the US.
