The WORST Service in Las Vegas!!

With so much competion for excellent dining experiences in Las Vegas, The Stage Deli in The Forum Shops in Caeser's Palace, has the worst customer service! I have heard many people say that the service was terrible, but left with not a lot of options, I reluctantly placed a to go order with this establishment.
I called it in, placed an order for a grilled cheese sandwich, and added ham, the meal included fries and a soda. The server told me that it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Since I work in the mall, and only allowed a 30 minute dinner break, I waited the 20 minutes, clocked out, and made my way down to the restaurant, which took me a whole 4 minutes. I went to the take-out register and let the cashier know that I came to pick up my order. She left the front and went into the kitchen, and did not return with my food until 25 minutes later! Other patrons who were also waiting for their to-go orders, were trying to be very patient, but soon everyone was upset.
During the 25 minutes of waiting, I noticed that the deli was very unkempt, dust bunnies and grease on the cash register, dirty tiles, and an unclean deli meat slicer. The cashier did not even thank anyone for waiting.
I only then had 5 minutes to eat my lunch before I had to return to work. The sandwich itself was very soggy, not at all grilled. The ham that was added was very slimy and the fries were cold.
I would NEVER give Stage Deli my patronage again! The service was terrible and for being in a very nice shopping mall, in the middle of The Strip, you would expect great service. I would suggest La Salsa Cantini, right next to it. There service has always been outstanding, and the food was always ready when promised.
