Palm Restaurant, Las Vegas

Enjoy a drink up 55 floors in the Las Vegas sky, and look over the beautiful strip. Hot people, hot drinks, and hot service. The Ghost bar is the place to be if you are anyone in the city of SIN.

Because we hadn't made any reservations for dinner, several of our first choice restaurants were booked solid so we happened upon the Palm. Apparently Lady Luck was smiling on us, because this turned out to be the best meal I ever had in Las Vegas. In fact, I would rate it as one of the top 5 restaurant meals I have ever had. Every food item was not just good--it was superb. And the wait staff was attentive, but not annoying. I can't wait to go back. At first I was going to only give it a 4 for value, but I reconsidered--it was worth every penny. Enjoy!

I've been to all the known steakhouses and the Palm, Las Vegas is the best for excellent consistent meals. The food is excellent and the waiters are very good. In the 12 years I've eaten there I've never had a bad meal. My wife and I truly enjoy our visits and I've turned the restaurant on to many of my friends who have all appreciated it. Thanks guys, keep it up.

The palm restaurant rocks!!! Larry close the general manager is so nice!! He makes sure your dining experience is perfect!! The food always is the best it can be!!!

We have eaten here several times in the past five years and were very pleased each and every time. If you want to save money, go for lunch. Save room for desert.

The Lobster Bisque has a new classy presentation. The bowl is placed in front of you with lobster chunks and crème fraiche in the middle. Your server pours the hot bisque in a swirling motion around the lobster centerpiece and fills the bowl. The bisque is velvety smooth with a rich, hearty flavor of lobster. The crème fraiche makes the bisque creamy and luscious. Add a couple of grinds of fresh ground pepper and you're good to go. Thumbs up, way up! The 18 oz. New York strip was cooked to a perfect rare and had optimum seasoning. Its juiciness and char-grilled crust really seals the deal. The lobster tails were cooked to perfection, succulent, and sweet. The drawn butter brought even more sweetness out of each tasty morsel. Thumbs up, way up! The Brussels Sprouts were perfectly cooked. But it was a little too heavy on the lemon. It definitely needs to be toned down a bit or else sprinkle lemon zest on top for a nice zing. The French fries are topped with parmesan and garlic. These fries are da bomb! It’s made with fresh cut potatoes with a light, crispy outside and tender inside with a hint of kettle chip flavor. The parmesan garlic seasoning is perfect. Ask your server for a side of ranch dressing and you're set. Their ranch dressing is so good! Thumbs up, way up!

Place was busy at 7:45pm and only had to wait 20 mins for a table w/ no reservation. Palm has better pricing & service than Prime Steakhouse next door at Bellagio. Everyone was attentive, smiling, and appreciative. Ordered the 28oz Ribeye med, was excellent, could almost cut it with just a fork. Sides are family style, enough for 2 people and priced around $8-9. Had a Caesar salad to start, very good portion, not small at all. Plan on visiting the other locations, when I'm abroad. Can't go wrong here great meal.
