Description

Dining here is more like an inter-continental feast than a buffet. This buffet is more upscale than the average all-you-can eat buffet with sophisticated ambiance. Tastes from Italy, Japan, France, Mexico and America abound, and the freshest seafood and carved items are plentiful. Some of the standouts are the king crab legs, Beef Wellington, pastas and sushi. The plethora of desserts are reason enough to go to the buffet. The Buffet restaurant remains open for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the week.

AMAZING. I cannot express enough to friends & family how great it was to eat there. Forget all about cost - it's irrelevant because this place offers an eating experience.

what a nice buffet.... pricey..but the food is pretty good... my only complaint was that they were so busy that it took forever for the server to bring us out drink.... overall pretty good.

We were very much looking forward to going to the Bellagio buffet for their "gourmet" dinner buffet, which is served after 4:00 Friday and Saturday. We were worried about spending $40 a person on a buffet, but took the chance. It was so worth it. They had a huge salad bar, but we skipped that because we wanted to save room for their hot foods. They had cold king crab legs and a few kinds of cold seafood salad that I tried. Their calamari salad was very good. We got to eat foods that we have never had before, like beef wellington, kobe beef, elk, and lamb. The beef wellington and kobe beef were delicious, but my favorite was the elk. While a bit undercooked for my taste, it was the tastiest piece of meat I've ever put in my mouth. It had some kind of citrus marinade on it, and it was wonderful. The rack of lamb was great. We were both stuffed when we got done with the hot foods, but could not skip their massive dessert bar. Along with the usual cakes and cheese cake, they had creme brulee and flan, which were both awesome. I also tried a chocolate and coffee custard dessert which was wonderful. Overall, me and my boyfriend agreed that this was the best meal we have ever had. Not just the best buffet, but the tastiest meal. The only downside was that our stomachs were too small to sample everything they had!! If you ever have a chance to go, be sure to be there before 5:00 or you will have to wait to get in. We left around 5:30 and there was a very long line and the dining room was packed.

Absolutely the best buffet in Las Vegas, hands down. Definitely worth the price and the wait (lines could be long at times).

I haven't been to the Bellagio Buffet, but I'll definitely go next time I'm in Vegas. My fave so far has been the buffet at the Paris--absolutely great. Sat there for three hours nursing a few platefuls and desserts. Roast duck was great, pastas and pastries were fantastic. Good things also come in sugar-free packages: all the buffets I've eaten at in Vegas have a great selection of no-sugar-added pies and brownies, which are very good.
