The Buffet at the Wynn Las Vegas is a great place to satiate your hunger with some wonderful delicacies; it's also a feast for the eyes with flowers decorating the interior. It's a gourmet heaven and serves smoked salmon, prime rib, salads, sandwiches, pancakes, sushi, and almost anything else you can think of. With 17 cooking stations to choose from including a risotto station, a dessert stall, and a sushi counter, you will have a hard time deciding what to eat!
Food was mediocre. Prime rib was so tough and dry I was unable to eat more than a bite. Very few vegetable dishes. One of the members of our party said when she first enter the buffet she saw so few food stations she assumed the others must be in another room. There were no others . We got there right at the transition between lunch and dinner. Took about an hour and twenty minutes to get admitted to the serving area. In my desperate search for good food, I went on a search mission after my first round. I noticed that a roast described as Kobe Sirloin was being served, so I tried a slice. I was a little skeptical when I first saw it because it appeared to be well done. It was. It was if anything tougher and drier than the prime rib. Some of the sea food rose to the level of good . The desserts looked pretty but pretty much tasted the same, mostly just sweet. The creme brulee was served in some type of metal dish and did indeed have a very distinctive metallic after taste. Over all a very disappointing experience. We were expecting much better, based on the reviews we had read and our assumption that the Bellagio was supposed to be an upscale place. Many of the positive reviews appear to be a year or so old; perhaps things have changed.
Terrible service!!! We went there because the review in internet. The line was so long. It took us about 1 hour and 20 minutes. It was not worth it. The food were so so.I thing Wynn more better. My server was name Cece. We been waiting for our drink about all most 1 hour. I t was a bad service that ever had.
