Great service and the best ambiance in Pahrump!
When the Winery restaurant first opened they had a grand chef. The food was absolutely fabulous as was the summer outdoor barbeques and concerts. They had a New Year's Eve dinner party one year that was so exceptional with seven courses and excellent gourmet sauces and desserts. But alas, they let the chef go and for a while, food there was only mediocre. It has improved the past year though. The food is not that exceptional quality it was in the beginning but it is far better than most anything else in Pahrump. The ambiance is excellent (although I'd change out those bulky hard to scoot chairs for something lighter). The service is impeccable. And the wines are delicious. They have wine tasting most hours they are open, and they have a unique gift shop that I patronize a lot for Christmas and birthdays. Reservations are a good idea, because you never know when they will be too busy to seat you. The menu is very well priced at lunch with prices around $8-$12 per person for entrees. Dinner is a bit more expensive, but worth it. It's actually the only real gourmet style restaurant in the valley. Dinner runs about $15 -$25 per person for entrees. They even have Beef Wellington, my favorite. The wine selection is excellent and produced right here in the valley.
