Excellent food, great service. We love eating at the bar. Eric and Zoe are two of the best servers. We always feel welcome and they are always very professional. We eat out at least 4 times a week and this place is one of our weekly treats.
I like the food and service usually, the only time I had a bad experience was at the Henderson Restaurant on Green Valley & 215. I asked for a booth and they sent me to the Bar side which was fine, I ordered a Purple Cadillac Margarita that tasted like watered down coolaide with a splash of Tequila. And our waiter came back once in 15-20 min, I had to walk to the bar to get my wife a water. I drank 1/4 of my coolaide and ordered a beer. Food was ok. The Restaurant on Buffalo and Charleston is run much better and I eat there about once a week.
Claim Jumper is a very nice place to eat, but since they have such long waits for tables, it's better to call ahead and have your name put on the list before you leave.
The food and service are very good, but the prices are on the high end for this type of food, but at least the portions are large enough you really get two meals out of one order.
Also, outstanding deals at happy hour in the bar for some very good food.
The service was slow and untrained to the menu. The meats were tough over cooked and not presented per menu discription.
Mixed drinks were the worst we had in town and staff including managers had no idea how to deal in a positive manner with a polite but astute consumer who will never go back!
The management took a defensive posture to the point of rude, we still left a 15% gratuity and will take every chance to spred the word. If you go there, just drink the beer and leave, its the safest bet.
The service was hands down the best I've ever had there. The server's name was Ronnie and he was awesome. His reccomendations were great and the banter made the evening all the better. He was charmong and friendly and our party loved him. The fresh fish was blackened salmon was perfect. Seasoned and moist!!! I would have it again. And of course the dessert was flawless........
