Harrah's Laughlin Hotel & Casino, Laughlin

All hotel staff seemed nice. Casino is a big joke, small in size, not a good variety of slot machines, slots are SUPER tight!!! Water taxi was pretty expensive $20.00 a person to ride all day. Beach is pretty but current is river is very swift. $66.00 a person to take the jet boat to london bridge. Room was small, bed was comfortable, tub small. $10.50 to hook up to internet for 24 hours, $1.50 to make a local call from your room. So bring a ton of money if you want to play the slots, I had better luck up the river at another casino----don't know if I would return.

I want to thank Harrah's Laughlin for the many total rewards offers . My wife and I do not take advavtage of the many offer's because of the lack of adaqute vidio poker machines at your casino. I am a big keno player and your keno play should take lesso ns from Harrah's ,Harvy's at lake tahoe.Would love to play keno at your casino if it was like lake tahoe. Stayed at this property in the past but it has certainly gone down hill. The sheets had holes in them and the bathroom was dirty. Would not recommend this property.

There was nothing to dislike about anything in the hotel - being somewhat disabled, did have a problem getting to other hotels in the area, but the water taxi was great and going to the outlet mall by cab was no problem... The entire staff from Casino, Restaurants, and Cleaning staff were all fantastic... Looking forward to going back in 4 weeks from now... and enjoying 5 days of real fun, and have ordered a scooter this time around... Wayne D. Toronto Canada

We only stayed in Laughlin for one day and a night. I had to twist my husband's arm to do that on the way to Vegas, for our semi-yearly trek. I loved the charm it reminds me alot of Vegas of old. We ate at the Colorado Belle, had a great crab leg and seafood buffet. Gambled at Tropicana, Harrah's, Colorado Belle, Pioneer, and Golden Nugget. Left, up over a thousand as I hit one jackpot for that amount at the Golden Nugget. We've decided on our trips to Vegas we'll be staying in Laughlin for at least a few days before we go on to Vegas. We stayed at Harrah's in Laughlin on Saturday night 6/19/2010 and it was really nice compared to Vegas on the weekend which is wall to wall kids anymore with baby stroller's everywhere. I love Vegas Sunday thru Thursday but I'm ready to go come Thursday when all the drunk teenagers and people with their small children invade.

we just left on may 5 thank god we went to vegas or the trip would have been a bust machines are tight. staff friendly but the rooms are old i was so disappointed in harrahs the room service great, proboly won;t go back the hot tub not working chipping paint im used to harrahs in new orleans first class not

Been there many times for free rooms and never had a problem. Made last minute room reservations while driving.Rooms clean,food very good, casino small compared to vegas but still never had a problem with Harrah's.I will return there as many times as I can in the future Bob From Pa.

Nice hotel room- fairly clean. Beds were comfortable. Casino was a little too smokey but nice. Buffet great! Diamond Club small- nothing compared to Las Vegas Diamond Clubs. Will return to this hotel/ casino.

Was not required to leave a credit card per front desk when checking in until asked about in room internet, and was told will only receive charge if used, otherwise just holding credit card number and will not run it, but actually pre charged $150 without telling me, be vary careful about this. Also rode 3 different elevators one goes to beach large loud squealing noise and bangs, other goes to cross way to parking structure scrapes door and peeling paint when opens and closes and squeals, third elevator in closest parking structure doesn't go to some floors as is broken must go up one further then take stairs back down.
