The Lady that works at Subway (Coveeta)has been Rude all 3 times I went when she was working! My dad likes Lemon in his water and they dont have any so he put a quick splash of lemonade in his water and she yelled at him! He tried to pay for it and she wouldnt take the money! When he asked for her name she said its on your receipt and he said he threw it away and she refused to give it to him so I had to wait and ask the guy when she went in the back! I can see if my dad was sneaking a whole drink but a splash of lemonade and its christmas! Also my first time there I asked for extra banana peppers and she said no only one pepper for each tomato or its extra! Other times she would speek in spanish not knowing white people understand it now (from Los angeles)...EVERY OTHER SUBWAY SAYS WELCOME TO SUBWAYwith a smile...she needs a different job if she can't be a people person!! I know plenty of people out of work who would love to take her place!
This place was awful. The slots were too tight, we hated all of the changes. The movies were on a hill practically if your theatre is in the back, moved a lot of parking spaces and put in useless decorative tree. The hostess at the buffet was a real snob and sat us in the back of the kitchen, we caught her gigling with the waiter about it. As if their slop house is fine dining. There was nothing edible at the buffet, we ended up not finishing the food & eating rolls and coffee. Then my daughter got food poisoning all weekend! I am never going back! Baja Beach was good but they had to replace it with Dennys. gimme a break! This place does not care on any level about service or its' customers
the room was really dirty and not nice at all really old looking for like old peoples tastes only smoking rooms were left but we do not like smoking we did go to another hotel very disapointed in the service desk to overall disapointed in the slots they are very thight
I would have rated the stay higher, but the non-smokers of the world would be upset. The filters are not working very well.Yes it was on the non smoking side of the hotel too. It never ceases to amaze me seeing a individuals in their golden years on oxygen, smoking a cig while doing slots. Please fix your air filters for us who need to breath.Every location within the casino and hotel have reasonable service for traveling and a short stay. Yes the $11 plus tax added to the rate will get you. Go with the valet parking. The people go out of their way for you. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
Removing the Baja Cafe and putting in a Denny's was bad enough- Will never patronize Denny's-You put alot of dedicated hard working people out of work and replaced them with people who don't give a darn about anyone but themselves- but then that sounds like your managers too!
The casino players calender is a joke- the more you play ,the less you average is so they don't reward you for playing some if not a lot 6 days a week- The promotion was swipe every day- when you do you lose not only in money(machines are very tight) a=but on benefits and free play- by the way- swiping every day was a joke- 10 dollars all month of free play and the rest was drawing tickets- no food nothing- It is too smoky inthere when they have drawing -just more of the Fiesta ripoff -
When we asked the rewards center to explain they were ruude and talked down to us,no caring what so ever!!
there are 6000 place at anyone time to eat in Las /vegas, as many place to gamble-.
apparently, Stations is doing so well( bankrupt is well?) that they can afford to lose regular players and customers- no I m not a guest- a guest is welcome- The cashier at the theater had it right- she wasn't dumb enough to work at the rewards center- By the way ,even the theater changed their promos because it brought in to much business- Wht am I missing here?--
I have lived and worked in this area for 6 years- have been a regular to this amd other Stations properties and it has gone down hill ever since they went private--I do believe that I have darkened Station doors for the last time and will feel quite free about relating this and many other negative experiences with /stations Casinos-
You used to cater to locals and now you don't want them- My family stayed at the Fiesta when they came from out of town but I would rather take them to Motel 6 than to Stations now- no they get a minus star rating -It is a perfect size property, cofortable atmosphere but the management and quality of staffing is the worse I have ever seen- As a business owner, if treated my employees and customers this way I would not have a business and more than that- I wouldn't deserve to own one!!!!
Helpful staff, good value for the buffet, the rest of the eateries were overpriced. This hotel/casino needs a remodel to make it a great place to stay. Bathroom could be cleaner. The bed was comfortable but short on pillows.
Watch-out for the $11 gotcha fee. This fee should be included in the price quoted on the room. They said it was to cover services like Internet (which they claim is free), Internet Telephone, newspaper (everyday except for Sunday) local calls, etc.
I think its time to update the reviews since the last one I read was dated 2008. This casino is not the big glitzy ones on the strip. My wife and I have visited this casino about 5 times in 3 years. What is great about the casino is its affordable, staff friendly, and the buffet, for the money, cannot be beat. I would have rather have a Mickey D's instead of this fat berger. The pool is terrific, clean from morning to night. The big downside. They took away the in room coffee maker. That hurt. I have to go down in the casino and spend 2 dollars and some for one cup of coffee. The Baja restaurant is no more, what is there is a Denneys. haven't eaten there so I don't know. The only Bingo hall in vegas that is played exclusively on paper. No bingo computers that make the game very costly. The housekeepers are terrific they will cater to your needs.
I had to write this because I have been to other casinos and they don't measure up. I hope this review helps.
