TGI Friday's, Henderson

( 8-2012).Went to fridays and got charged twice on my card for the same meal( $160.00!). When I called the manager. They swore they did not charge my card twice, when clearly that is what happened. The store manager did not even try to apologize or credit me for the inconvience. I am very disappointed and will not be going back.

TOO MUCH MONEY FOR SUCH SMALL PORTIONS! I joined their rewards club so every month I m emailed w/a few coupons...and that s the ONLY reason we are able to afford eating there. I remember coming here at LEAST 2 or 3 x s a month! The portions were great as were the prices. Yesterday I ordered a NEW item off their menu (The Triple Reuben) and I could barely bite into it...that bread was THAT HARD!!! Don t get me wrong...I hate soggy greasy bread...but after eating this sandwich...the entire roof of my mouth felt as if it had rubbed onto a cheese grater! There was hardly any meat and I had to ask for extra sauerkraut because there wasn’t any on it! A REUBEN w/no sauerkraut...yeah! They gave me this large dish w/about a 1/2 cup of coleslaw in it. The server was super nice, however pretty much ALL of our food looked liked it had been dropped in a bucket of grease before they served it to us. Even my husband s burger BUN was greasy. Join the email club and you won t feel so bad about eating such a small amount of greasy food!

Very small portions, overpriced & poor service. It's not what it used to be. I will NEVER go to a fridays again. I would have rather ate next door at the Wendy's hamburger joint.

Food seemed like it was reheated, cold and drafty if you get stuck by a window and staff were not that friendly. I will not be going back.

Over priced, small portions, very unexciting food. The turkey breast sandwich was made out of reformed meat YUCK!

My favorite place on earth next ot the bedroom. They have a fun friendly enviroment, excellent food, and some of the best drinks I have had. Their Jack Daniels menu items are the bomb (cheezy word I know but it works) and they have a really great happy hour. They are open late so swing on in and enjoy
