Plateau Espresso Incorporated, Alamogordo

The staff is attentive to customers and do the best with what they have avlaible to them by management, however this is by far the saddest place to get a panini!! Come on now...the panino is not a PANINO! It was regular store bread filled with the least amount of veggies, cheese and pesto!! I get a more excitng sandwich from Subway...sorry but management needs to see that they improve on their Panini. You have a great staff and you have an prime location in the better part of town and I think you need to rework your Italian Menu...or just call em sandwiches....

We moved to Roswell and have been having Espresso withdrawals! There are two coffee shops in all of Roswell (Starbucks and Hastings - both on the north side. Nothing south or downtown.). Don't enjoy either and they don't have a good selection of herbal teas. Would you consider opening a coffee shop near the UFO Museum? Lots of traffic. I'm certain the gelato would be a big hit. Service is generally good, sometimes great. The food I tried once (how dry can food get?) will not try again for that price. Drinks good. Sweets vary, it's a spin of the wheel and your luck.

Consistent, friendly, and clean. Excellent sandwiches, pretty facility.

Place was very nice. I was there around 10:00am and the staff was top notch. Large enough for a group to have a meeting there. Nice view. Did not try the food.

Coffee doesnt seem mixed and is strong most of the time. The hot chocolate is watered sometimes. WIFI is slow and disconnects. Employee in there uses the WIFI but hogs its capabilities tweaking it for his personnel use on the job. Employees at night are were rude once making comment people should go in instead of using the drive thru. Teens working there leave rear doors open and windows which is a dangerous thing. Banana nut bread tasted old and a week old.

A great coffee shop with a wide range of drinks available. They offer wireless internet which is pretty slow most of the times I’ve been there. But the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the view of Alamogordo is beautiful from this location up on the hill.

The most awesome, friendly, yummy place. The service is always great, the paninis are always tasty, and there are many sweets to choose from!

Very friendly staff, and great coffee. I thought I was going to miss Starbucks when I moved back here. No way, this place is great!
