I have eaten here twice and both times the food was disgusting. I went on 12/30/08, took my grandchildren, there was a green chili sauce that was to be placed over a burrio, it was not only disguting loooking it was so bland! It was just a white thick muck with a few green cililies on top. I ordered the green chili stew and it came plooped on a PLATE it had no flavor, the beans and rice tasted like they came from a can. This is NOT mexican food.

This place is always hopping! The food and the staff both get 5 stars from us. We had the Nachos Supreme (a huge, heaping serving) and a Beef Burrito smothered in their Green Chile sauce. Both were excellent and we will definitely eat there again. Prices were fair for the amount of food you get. What they lacked in "looks" they more than made up for in service and great-tasting quality meals. Oh, and the food comes to you so hot and fresh you have to wait a bit to eat it! We highly recommend Papo Juan's. Get there early to avoid the rush!!
