It would be nice if they would take your order they put you on hold and not tell you to wait . Bad customer service you need to communicate with the customer if you can t listen tell them please hold.I had a young lady say hi and I place my order I asked how much and no one was listening.I said hello hello and no one was there......
This is one of the best restaurants in town. I have been eating here for 9 years and I have never had a bad experience.
I think the two bad reviews were from disgruntled former employees.
Try the Relleno Burrito with beans and green chili, they also have the best Asado in town.
You have to really try this food for yourself, cause it seems like the other people that have commented on this place have a totally different idea on what Mexican food taste like than most that live here.
It is authentic Mexican food, taste great 90% of the time (we all have are bad days). And the reason sometimes for slow turn around I think is because they got there hands full with all there repeat customers eating there also. My fav is the steak burrito with green chilie and extra cheese, simple but very tasty. Thats why im looking for there telephone number on the internet right now. :)
I have tried to eat here many times. Once, I called my food ahead by forty-five minutes. When I got there, it wasn't ready. I still waited another 10 minutes, and the food was awful!!!! This morning I went there on the way to work. I was the only customer. I waited politely and patiently at the register. All of the employees stared at me, but none came to take my order. I had my wallet in my hand. I obviously had the means to pay. Another customer came in. She was asked immediately what she would like. I walked out!!!
