Kathy's Southern Cooking, Henderson

The restaurant is located in a rowdy area, the food was horrible, chicken and fish bland, macaroni and cheese: too cheesy and cooked for too long. The environment was unclean and there were too may people going in and out of the kitchen. The prices were not comparable to the quality of food offered; they should definitely lower their prices. The service was very slow; I would not go back or recommend it to anyone I consider my friend.

what a great meal! I had the smothered chicken and it cut like butter. oh my goodness so good! It's a hole in the wall kinda place with amazing food. What a great find. If you want a fancy expensive dinner, dont come here. just delicious southern cooking at kathy's!

This food is so good, I didn't want to leave. My daugter recommended this place and I wanted Southern cooking for my birthday, I wanted what I want and my girlfriend and I ate so well, and the service was exceptional, we didn't want to leave. We were so stuffed, well she was that she couldn't eat breakfast the next morning. It's been a long time since portions was ever this big nd steaming hot through the entire meal. Best SERVICE, great SOUL FOOD, and Ambiance. From this point forward we will stop in everytime we go to vegas. Kathy's the best

I LOVE KATHY'S.... all the people there make you feel like family. The food is GREAT. Catfish Greens and YAMS tha a make you wanna slap someone!! HOMEMADE everything from the desserts to the lemonade. And to top it off at anytime you may meed a celebrity or two. I've met BB King at Kathy's... thats BIG!

I was told about Kathy's a couple of years ago. What the heck took me so long to finally try it? Is it cheap? No Nor is it too expensive ($15 or so a dinner is not bad). I could just get the mashed potato's and gravy and be happy, but glad I got the fried Chicken. Yummy! Don't plan on quick since everything they serve they cook to order and it is served HOT. Take your time and enjoy the food.

Kathy's rocks. The whole place is a southern cookin dream! The chicked is what brings you there, but you quickly fall in love with greens, pork chops smothered in gravy, and amazing corn bread. Don't miss this when you are in Las Vegas...probably 20 minutes from the strip!
