what a find!

What a find! Rooms were spacious, many adjoining. Restaurant (Steak House) exceptionally priced and delicious. Entertainment (band) great and the price for the room was unbelievably low. Would go again in a flash! Lovely hike to Lake Mead.

For the price it was not too bad. The rooms were big and clean, we stayed in the new tower. The kayak outfit we went with picked us up there so this made it easy for us. The food at the hotel buffet and steak house was pretty good they did not soak you on the price either. The steak house was great, our food arrived nice and hot a plus especially after kayaking all day. The only negative was no blow dryer :(. But other than that wewould stay there again.

Sorry to say this was the worst hotel we have ever stay at. We were a bus trip and this was our first and last time at the Hacienda. Unless you want to sleep for three days then stay there. Rooms were clean but old moldy smell. Only five channels on the tv with repeats of the same movie over and over again. Movie theatre both were not open. We have free buffets from our bus trip which was a blessing we did not have to pay for it because the food was terrible. No shuttle so there was not way to at least get to the area activiites. The only thing I can say were the employees were the nicest people. I can not even give this hotel a half star.

READY TO GO BACK ASAP....

Took a chance at staying here by reading the other reviews and found absolute satisfaction and then some....So close to the marina to launch your boat.and then come back to clean large rooms.(Maid told us the tower has larger rooms and dont go to the older side.).Employees were pleasant and food was good in the buffet. Felt like Harrahs, Laughlin decor.Boulder city was a quaint town.Hoover Dam is a must to see.Its unbelievable how they built this amazing site.Overall, I cant wait to go again. GREAT PLACE!

We liked the friendly service, clean rooms and great prices so close to Vegas. Good value for your dollar at any exchange rate. We will definately go back.

ELVIS GIVE US 2 MORE EXTRA HOURS OF MUSIC , COUNTRY , NEIL AND ELVIS HIMSELF GIVE A GREAT PERFORMANCE, THANKS ELVIS............ We stopped by on the way to Hoover Dam. The casino was not crowded so it was not smokey like other places we've been to. The rooms were decent and clean. $72 per night with AAA card on a Sat. night. You can't find that deal anywhere. Rooms were readily available when we booked that same evening at 7 pm. The bed was a bit hard, but tolerable. They have low minimum tables. $2 for BJ and $1 for craps. Try to find that near the strip. The casino is quiet so you don't need to fight for a slot machine or wait to get on a BJ table. Most low minimum tables are usually packed with chain smokers at other casinos. Hacienda is good value for the money. I especially enjoy it because it is away from the craziness of the strip.

It is a great location!!

yes this is not the classiest place to stay but it is a good family hotel. it is so close to the lake you cant beat that. the staff may be slow and the hotel not at its best but it works. i would highly recommend it. i have been going there for the last 20 years and it has never done me wrong.

This hotel allowed's animals for a fee plus cleaning deposit, however they do not offer an area to walk your dog/animal.
Their rooms are terribly dirty, and do not makeup rooms due to staff shortage.
When ask assistance from staff members, they think of excuses or put blame on each other.

Even their casino manager Frank see through the hotels problem that he paid for my entire stay with them.
