Joining Coyote Cafe as Executive Chef/Owner is world renowned chef Eric Distefano (also of Geronimo) Chef DiStefano brings with him his contemporary global style of cooking that has French Asian influences accompanied with Coyote Cafe's known Southwestern Style.
