Thai Cafe, Santa Fe

Having enjoyed Thai cuisine from coast to coast, I am convinced that the The Thai Cafe is definitely one of Santa Fe s hidden treasures. The charming atmosphere and friendliness of the staff is surpassed only by the outstanding menu selections and the quality of the food. We enjoyed three appetizers, Tom Yum Goong (soup), and Pad Kee Mow with Beef. For dessert, it was the Kluay Tod (Banana Spring Roll). Everything was truly outstanding ... tasty and filling! The peanut sauce served with the appetizers was the best I have ever tasted. And the cost was extremely reasoanable. I suggest visiting the website to understand the degrees of HOT that you can select. As a New Mexican well-acquainted with our native green chile, I enjoy hot and spicy. However, I ordered the soup as medium (comfortable) and the Pad Kee Mow as medium plus ... I think anything beyond medium plus is probably only for the bravest of the brave.
