Burger King, Espanola

The last 5 visits there were awful. The drive thru staff is rude. They dont get orders right and the burgers are not cooked all the way and their fries are stale or cold. If you arent a hundred percent ready to order or need a second to look at the drive thru menu dont even bother to drive up cause then you will get yelled at to reverse til you are ready. They are more concerned with them being timed from the time you drive up to the time they finish your order. Instead they should be concerned with cooking their food, getting orders correct and customer satisfaction.
