Asian Restaurant, Santa Fe

Worst experience on Christmas. We ordered steamed dumplings for starters which were doughy. For entree it was Yu Shan chicken, which was not spicy as suggested in the menu. I eat only white meat and the dish had pork in it. When I told the serving staff about this, they were indifferent and rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away it is not worth visiting. The owner was rude and does not care for customer service.

Bamboo has gone down hill. This used to be our favorite chinese restaurant but the last two times were a disaster! Both times the duck was burnt to a crisp and the lo mein was forgettable. I would love to go back but I'm afraid od the same result. Perhaps ther is a new chef? We probably won't go back and wll look for another chinese restaurant in the Sant Fe area.

The sushi at this place is TERRIBLE! The crab tempura in my spider roll was burned beyond recognition. The spicy crab roll tasted like cheap mayo. Ugggh, never again! If you want yummy sushi rolls on the run go to Maki Yaki, you will not be dissapointed.

This is THE BEST Asian restaurant in Santa Fe. I tried Chow's first and was disappointed then I tried this restaurant. I am now addicted to Bamboo Asian Cuisine's food. It is probably the best Asian food that I have ever eaten.

Ok this place is the best restaraunt I've been to in a while!! Service is fast and so friendly. They have a huge menu with such a variety to chose from, there's something for everyone. The monglian grill dosn't have the biggest selection but, you can make wonders with what they do offer. Reasonable prices mostly their lunch specials, they still give a big portion to. I recommend this place, 5/5 stars!! The kung pao chicken, general tsao's chicken and lo mein noodles are so wonderful but, I still have yet to try more on the menu. Can't wait till Friday when I go again!!
