Not at all authentic
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/12/07
When I came back after many years of living in Taiwan and mainland China, I lived right around the corner from Jade, so I gave it a try. Despite speaking to the owner in Mandarin and asking for authentic dishes, not Americanized, the food was unrecognizable. I took a few boxes home and my poor wife couldn't even guess what 2/3 of them we SUPPOSED to be.
Sorry, but this is just another strip-mall Chinese eatery selling minor variations on heavily Americanized generic Chinese food, via Hong Kong. So-So at best.
