mismanaged with very poor maintinance, i trained more managers then employees. beef is our buisness, hs slicers are laways down or cutting poorly cooparete owned by jay, pulling teeth to improve broken down equipment, always being sited by health inspections, done with one eye open. shouldnot be told when coming, a lot of cover ups. roaches mice unclean envirment til inspection time. cooking beef with no real training.what a shame, employees dont eat in a lot of them. worked very hard there for 4 years because i really cared, then fired for missing one day, lots of theft also from all staffing.they let go of the good ones never could understand. thanks steve
