Garcia's Kitchen is well known by local and national celebrities and politicians. A few years ago during one of President Clinton's visits to New Mexico, he ordered enough take-out from here to make the national news. This is a family run business that began from a little storefront on 4th Street and has blossomed into seven locations around town. Dine in or carry out, this is by far one of the choice New Mexican eateries around. The prices are inexpensive and the food delicious!
My husband and I went on Tuesday to Garcia's Kitchen, Albuquerque
3601 Juan Tabo Blvd Ne, Albuquerque, NM 87111 around 4:45 PM. The food was not fresh
I had papas that tasted like they were cooked in the morning and served in the evening.
I had the chile rellenos plate. The rellenos were okay the beans were good. The service was
great and the price was good. I don't think I will recomend this place to my friends. We have been searching for a good New Mexican place to dine for a few years. I guess I will still be searching after this.
Food just OK , They flat out refuse to serve any orders to go with the chile in another container, by the time you get your food the liquid has leaked all over the bag, The meat is alway over cooked. They don't serve real honey just some high fruitose corn stuff thats bad for you, I had my last meal there
Well this place is amazing!!!!!!
My Great Grandpa Andy is a big hit!!!!
My family have a great time working here the food is great here we all are very polite. We do carry out and dine in and are carry out is quick so is dine in!! We have Catering by my Grandma Carol well by my uncle Randy and we do a great job of that too. 95% of people are always satisfied oout of a 100%. We are very friendly and ounce you get a bite of our food you will be coming back for more there is at least 6 generations of us. if you have a problem with our buisness or the service you got then just ask for the maneger and they will try and solve your problem A.S.A.P.or even right then and there. So thats all i can say if you would like to know more then come in and you'll be able to see for yourself.
My wife and I started eating at Garcia's five years ago. Today we ate there for the last time. We have noticed a decline in service and food and no will give up on Garcia's. There are many other choises for us in town.
Remake of an old Goody's. Good job too. This is the place for great Mexican/ New Mexican food, so far I have not been disappointed with anything on their menu, and if you are in a hurry, well their take out service is wonderful. JUust as fast as many of the fast food restaraunts.
I have had only one problem using Garcia's and of course it is subject to the cooks and the wait help.
However for good value, fun, and great food this is the place
I love New Mexican food and if you love green chile stew this is a great place for it. The torrillas are great and the restraurant has alot of history. I look forward to going there each time I am in town.
