Wow! All I can say is that the staff really practices great customer service. We were greeted and seated immediately. The waitress was very prompt and friendly. Two different managers checked up on us while we ate. The water glasses were kept full. The food was hot and delicious. I will definitely return here when I return to Albuquerque.
I do not think this restaurant deserves even 1 star. I went in to breakfast July 4, and ordered an omelet. I had been in there at the location on Juan Tabo many times because I live across the street, but this time it tasted different (not fresh). I figured out halfway into it that there was mold in the cheese! I showed my server and he denied that was mold. I ask him what it is and he has no answer. I will never eat there again, and I plan on mentioning this bad experience to my friends. When you go into a place to eat and get such bad/spoiled/rotting food, it is time to go elsewhere and that is my plan for the future. At least the staff/management could pretend to care about experiences like the one I had! They deserve to be shut down, and hopefully, that will eventually happen if enough people complain about bad service instead of sticking their heads in the sand.
