Located in Williams' oldest building, this Mexican cantina calls itself the town's funnest restaurant, and you may very well agree. Sonoran-style Mexican and Southwestern cuisine are served in the former "Cabinet Saloon," renowned for its gunfights and shady ladies. Many of the building's original architectural features remain, including the ceiling trim and hand-painted wainscoting. The building is directly across from the train depot in the downtown historic district. The usual suspects including burritos, enchiladas, tacos, chicken, beef and pork combination plates, go well with the frosty Margaritas and other house specialty drinks. Both smoking and non-smoking dining rooms are available.

Very good home made salsa & chips while you wait for your meal with just a hint of cilantro. We dine there when in the city and always get the same thing; small chimmy chunga. They have two sizes, the large is more than one person can eat, but could be shared by two people. Our problem is I order shredded beef and my wife orders ground beef. The price is very good, the atmosphere has been updated recently, and our consistent experience has always been very, very good. Love this place. The only thing you need when you finish dining is a DQ cone for the road.

Panchos is Awesome! Food & Entertainment is Tops. Nightly live Music on the Patio features Dustin Horsehair. He will rock Y'all. His performances are not to be missed. So If you Like Great Margaritas and Country licks this is the place.

My wife and I chose Pancho's for the odd name buth thats the only thing odd. The food was great, the service fantastic; and the overall experience something wonderful to remember. We highly encourage you to discover this gem for yourself. Our best evening in our 2 week 1500 mile trip via RV. September 13,2008

We ate at this place last week on 12-27-07 terrible service and lousy food, about 4 hours after we ate my wife and I got very ill won't go into detail but imagine the worst. The next day when I could finally get up I called Panchos and explained about the food poisoning to the manager. He told me it couldn't be his food and hung up. Great customer service. Avoid this place if you value your health,

Its a great place to just go out and relax.
By russ, 10/29/06
I lived in Williams for several years and this was mine and my husbands place to just go out sit and relax and not feel like we were being pushed out the door. It amazes me how intolorent tourists can be. We have been treated with great respect and have been taken care of very well. And yes....The margaritas are wonderful. The live entertainment (music is a plus). Williams is a pretty hospitable town, many people go out of their way to make the tourist welcome, as it is the Gateway to the Grand Canyon.
