Judi's Restaurant & Lounge, Sedona

We Loved everything about your place! But we especially had a fondness for your waitress Jeni She is the best! Infact we are old friends of hers from Las Vegas & then Bakersfield Ca and we are trying to reach her and her best friends Dallas & Cliff. Perhaps, if it is not too much trouble, Can you get an email address for Ron & Jen?(ofcoarse with Jeni's ok)I used to have it and lost it. We have a gift for Dallas & Cliff & cannot find them. I have eaten at Judi's three times in the last four months. I have found the food to be mediocre at best. The last time I ordered the Reuben sandwich. Well...the same sandwich at Cafe Jose's in the Safeway Shopping Center was better by far...and less expensive. The service is O.K., I guess. Well, actually I'm being kind. I have dined both indoors and out. Outdoors is much nicer than indoors, however, it seems that customers dining outside are pretty much forgotten. Service outdoors needs HELP! So does indoor service, but not as much. The real kicker is the mandatory added 17% gratuity. It's just not worth it. And, I just wonder how much of the gratuity the server actually gets?! Perhaps 10%?! This puts the price of the food WAY out of line. I used Judi's coupons at my last visit and was also charged an additional $4.00 service charge. What the hell? It's all about grabbing as much cash as they can from the customer. This added service charge puts the price of the food far beyond it's value...REALLY FAR!!! Furthermore, their coupons are not valid on Valentine's Day as they say Valentine's Day is a holiday. IT IS NOT A HOLIDAY!!! Maybe Judi's thinks it is because they want to suck more money out of the customer's wallet, but it just isn't a holiday!!! It's supposed to be a day of love. For Judi's, it's a love of money...YOURS! Other restaurants in the area accept coupons for this day as well as discounting a great many of their dishes. Judi's is simply a ripoff!!! $2.50 for a less than acceptable cup of coffee is just outrageous. Their sister restaurant, (coffee shop), Kaisers, is by far a better place to spend your time and money, although they are rather pricey for what you get. Their eggs benedict is pretty good though. Rather than Judi's you should try...just about anywhere else. OH, did I mention that I won't go back? No? O.K., I won't be going back!!!

I always enjoy my lunch at Judi's. It seems that if you do a business lunch in Sedona, you do it at Judi's!

Both meals (my spouses and mine) were exceptional. We sat outside by candlelight. They gave us a variety of bread while we waited, and it was all soooo good. They aren't along the main street; It's not visible to the tourists, so we didn't have to wait long for a table, though the place was filled up shortly after we were seated. The service was prompt, we never had to wait long for anything, the ambiance was relaxing, and of course the food was excellent!!

I have ate at Judi's Restaurant three times it's a impressive out of the way place with a nice selection of food on there menu, ribs are fantastic, I would recommend Judi's Restaurant to take your friends to a nice dinner while your in Sedona.

Very Excellent food, I enjoy all the entrees they have, but I especially enjoy their Fish and Chips on Friday nights, their waffle fries are excellent.

We've eaten at Judi's twice now. The first time we went there we ate on the outdoor patio, and it had real ambiance! It was nice to be sitting outside with okay food, and good company. BUT the second time we went there we ate inside, and I have to say I was less than impressed. In fact it seemed quite stuffy in a snotty sort of way. The local's may like it but we found we didn't get a whole lot of food for our money, and it was quite expensive. If we're going to spend that kind of money we at least expect it to be good, and enough of it. I can't remember what we had when we were there either time, but to me, that goes to show you how un-impressed we were with the place. Eating outside on the patio is warm and inviting, but inside? Skip it, if you're asking my opinion. There has to be better places than this in Sedona. We're going back to Sedona in October of 2008 and I can tell you one place that won't be on our list of places to eat....Judi's.

We are now locals and tried Judi's while visiting Sedona because we had a coupon. It was okay the first time around. The second time was when we became locals within Sedona. It was okay not our favorite. We haven't been back since and that was over 2 years ago. It's okay.
