Hideaway Restaurant, Sedona

This place was great. The pizza was amazingly good. My husband ordered the spagetti and meatballs and the sauce was obviously homemade and the meatballs so full of flavor and juicy. We ate out on the patio and enjoyed the late afternoon. The only downfall were the margaritas which were mediocre at best. The waitstaff was very accomodating and attentive. We will be going there on our next stop in Sedona.

My wife and I went to Sedona for our one year wedding anniversary and my friend suggested this place. The view was wonderful from the patio. The wait-staff was great and the food was delightful. We will DEFINITELY go there again!

This restaurant has great, well-priced pizza and Italian food! Not to mention, they have a great salads and appetizers too! The creek side location also makes this spot a great place to eat!

Great restaurant. The owner comes to greet each table while eating along with the Chef. The entrees are plentiful and very tasty. We had a steak and a macaroni dish that were delicious.

This is the best place to eat. We went for lunch and back again for dinner. Antipasta salad for 1 is enough for 3 or 4 and full of meats cheese olives oh just wonderful. The hot cheese bread is to die for and pizza is the best we ever had. Service was quick and friendly worth looking for and prices are very resonable.June 25,08

This place has the best tasting pizza we have ever had, so much so, that I had them make one up to go. I was staying with friends in Prescott, and talked them in to going to Sedona just for the Hideaway's PIZZA. They also loved the unusual flavor of their sauce and anounced it was the also the best they had ever eaten. Leaving Prescott, I picked up a temporary cooler and filled it with dry ice in order to keep the pizza fresh. Had to, as it's a long drive to my home in San Diego, Ca. Steve Smith

I think what we liked most was eating out on the patio and the gorgeous view. Honestly, they could've fed us gruel and we would've loved it, lol! But the food was good and it was very family friendly without being a 'kid' place if you know what I mean. We were there in 2000. Hope it hasn't changed since then as it was PERFECT :)

Upon moving to Sedona two years ago we started to give all of the restuarants a try to see where we would like to frequent most often. The Hideaway is certainly NOT one of them. The outside dining is nice however. The food is okay and it's pricey considering it's not great tasting. We found Kens Creekside formerly Roberts Creekside to be much more enjoyable. Located walking distance from the Hidewaway also along the Creek. Great Patio dining as well as inside dining.

I am across the country from this restaurant (and have never been but was forced to select a rating) but I think they deserve great reward, thanks and recognition for pledging to limit or eliminate Canadian seafood. More restaurants should join the boycott of Canadian seafood to finally end the seal hunt and I encourage consumers to patronize the establishments that do heavily with their loyal buying power! Many thanks to The Hideaway Restaurant for demonstrating great social and ethical compassion to end the senseless and horrific seal hunt in Canada!

I had a two week craving for some traditional meatballs and spaghetti and this was perfect!! We sat on the patio overlooking the gorgeous oak creek canyon and saw the sunset over the red rocks. I swear every single employee came to our table that night. I am heading back to Sedona tomorrow to bring some new comers there whom i am sure will enjoy it just as much as i did. Thank you.
