Murphy's Grill, Cottonwood

I have eaten at Murphy's several times and found it to be enjoyable. The prices can be a bit high, but the pub feel and the irish theme are fun... and hard to find in the southwest where mexican or spanish seems to rule the day. The burgers are big and they are very tasty. If one sits in the bar area, the onion rings are cheaper, and a much better value. Kids eat free there on Sunday's as of this writing, and its a good deal. My only complaint is, while they are usually very cute, the waitresses are slow as snot when it comes to refilling drinks.

My maiden voyage to this Grill proved to be rough seas. Every item on my plate tasted of too much vinegar. I would have to give it a second chance to be sure, but I'm not sure that I want to.

Murpheys is pretty consistant. Too high on iced tea! Salads are the best choice. Needs to make dessert menu a little more interesting. Homemade baked breads would be smart, more vegetarian meals would be nice too!
