Lunch combinations are a great deal and, at dinner, there's something for everyone, even if they don't want pizza. Functional furniture, a casual atmosphere and prompt, friendly service make this a great place for the entire family. Pizzas, from $7-15, can be thin-crust or bready Sicilian style. Gooey calzones ($4.50-6.50) come with a house-made marinara for dipping. Pick your pasta and top it with Alfredo or Marinara sauce and add meatballs or sausage, if you like. Main courses, including chicken and seafood dishes, are priced from $8-14. Beer and wine are available at around $3.
It's been a full day since we dined at Pago's and I'm still thinking about our dinner. My wife and I and our two kids came in for pizza and left totally satisfied. The service was excellent, prompt and courteous. The atmosphere was nice and like home when I was a kid with the checkered table cloths. The fresh home made Italian salad dressing was so memorable. I asked for the recipe and will definitely make that at home. We had the Sicilian pizza: half pesto/artichoke/sun dried tomatoes and half tomato/sausage/black olive. YUM YUM. The fresh pesto sauce was especially amazing. Even though I was stuffed, I am still craving more. We are so going back!
My boyfriend and I went into Pagos just as they were about to close. We were trying to be sensitive to the fact that we arrived so late, and were hesitant to order much. However, the wait staff treated us like royalty and served us up an amazing late evening meal, complete with great wine. A memory we will always cherish along with the rest of our lovely Az. vacation!
My wife and I just happened to stop in at Pago's while in Sedona. We initially were going to have pizza, but the menu was more complete than we anticipated and the chicken parmesian caught my eye. My wife went with the chicken marsala since she is a fan of mushrooms.
The meals were terrific! Both of the chicken meals also included a generous portion of pasta, a salad, and a soft bread stick. The people working in the restaurant were attentive and I never felt ignored despite the restaurant being full.
I have no problem recommending Pago's to anyone looking for a reasonably priced Italian meal.
My significant other and I were looking for a romantic evening out. At first glance, I was a little disappointed with the casual atmosphere. However, I was very impressed with all the people packed into this relatively tiny space. We decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised with an amazing meal! The food was remarkable and I still crave the seafood pasta on a regular basis! I will definitely be back the next time I visit Sedona.
We spent a week in Sedona on a small budget. Our plan was to eat at a restaurant only one time. Because we were only going to eat out once, I wanted to make sure that we ate somewhere good and somewhere economical. After looking at other reviews, we chose Pago's Pizza and we were very pleased with our decision. Immediately upon being seated, we were asked by a young man if he could get us something to drink and gave us our menus. After placing our drink order our waitress asked if we had any questions about the menu. We knew we wanted pizza, so were able to make our decision right away......however, my wife wanted a variation of the special pizza she wanted to order. Substitutes were cheerfully granted as well as making the pizza 1/2 of what my wife wanted and 1/2 of what I wanted. Up to this point, everything was perfect, and I'm happy to say that the pizza was awesome....one of the best I've had....and we go out for pizza very often. When in Sedona, if you go out to eat only once or many nights, make sure you go to Pago's Pizza!!!
We have been coming to Sedona for years and one of our favorite places to eat is Pago's. You will enjoy all of the homemade items on the menu and their pizza rocks! (Sedona joke: Rocks - red rocks!)
It's worth the trip.
Great service, and good simple Italian food. Excellent pizza, lots of cheese-yummy! The atmosphere is great- whether you're on a first date or 200th. Nice homey environment and the owner is super nice. Good things all around.
My wife and I have a weekend home in Sedona and look forward to Sunday night pizza from Pago's. Their Sicilian style pizza is great and more than enough for two people. The prices are reasonable and the service always great. This is one of our favorite places!
