Living in Chicago, my boyfriend and I have dinned at various restaurants of all different cuisines, prices levels and atmospheres. Walt's Southwestern Cuisine has by far, been one of our best dinning experiences this year. The particular night we dinned, they were short-staffed but our waiter/server/host/buser kept a smile on his face, was very patient and made very good recommendations. We were impressed with everything from the savory chips & queso to our decadent chocolate pecan pie. The portions were perfect. The prices for a dinner this delightful were a third less than that of a Chicago restaurant. We would not come back to Sedona unless we scheduled an another evening to dine at Walt's.
The best oysters rockefeller ever. Very creative and flavorful cuisine. The chicken cordon bleu was not only a feast for the eyes but left me wanting to come back to recreate the experience again and again.
