Red Planet Diner, Sedona

This place is a tacky alien themed burger/diner joint. We left after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there. Menu is burger joint type food and overpriced. There are other places in Sedona that are much better to eat at.

We went into the diner for a late sandwich around 9pm. A man came by and asked us how the food was and how the service was. We assumed he was the owner or manager. In a matter of minutes, we were accosted with a time share sale. It was so annoying to have to listen to his very strong sales pitch when all we wanted was a sandwich. I would NEVER go back unless I wanted a time share at Los Abrigados hotel. It was a nightmare experience. It really turned us off to Sedona. I wasn't sure where else we could go without getting a very strong sales hit for Los Abrigados hotel.

We had a lot of fun in the space themed diner. It had classic diner food, and a great atmosphere. The service was good. It was agood place to bring a family, with children. The space atmosphere was a lot of fun. A great place to stop for lunch, or a quick dinner.

I have never been in a restaurant quite like it. very unique, I could have eatin at any place in sedona that day but the ufo fountain pulled me in.

Our party of 9 was accomodated as soon as we enterred... the waiter was friendly and the food was very good. I only wish the ticket could have been split/not one big order... Considering the large portions the price was fine. It was a fun and unique dining experience that I hope to repeat again, even if I have to figure out my portion of the bill!

If you like paying tourist traps and $5 milkshakes this is the place for you. There is nothing that special about the Red Planet Diner other than some rather cheap model spaceships hanging from the ceiling.

the food was so-so. the price was a joke. the stuff on the walls was pretty neat. the food was just not good. the are better restaurants in the Sedona area.
