Under new ownership. The food and hospitality are great. Clare is the original who opened in 1979. She still makes some of the original reciepts. It is a wonderful place for a fine dining experience.

I celebrated at romans, and i felt like home. it was an amazing meal that filled me up. i loved it so much i went back that same week.

I celebrated my 60th birthday at Roman's. Everyone in my party raved about the food. All plates were cleaned!! The calamari is to die for as are all of the other dishes. For dessert we had tiramasu made by the owner Carol - it was out of this world - the best that we had. Service was excellent. If you are in the area of Miller Valley Road in Prescott, stop in and enjoy some of the best Italian food around. We are sure glad we did!!!

the roman deli is great i have been going there since the 198os, it was really gerat then when Fernando and his wife were cooking.If you could hace tried it then ,great times.cheech
