Garcia's Mexican Restaurant, Prescott Valley

If you take a trip to the Garcia's in Prescott Valley, be sure and go with friends, because you will need someone to visit with while you wait for your food. Clear out at least a couple of hours in your schedule, because while the decor is cute and the chips, salsa and bean dip are first rate, everything else is slow and mediocre at best. Count yourself highly fortunate if your order comes out right, and even more so if you get it in less than an hour after walking through the door. The only place in town with slower service (possibly) is Buffalo Wild Wings, which is conveniently located across the same parking lot.
