Branding Iron Steak House, Show Low

We came here with a group of ten of which one person happened to be Vegetarian. We asked if the chef could make anything veggie at all or just a grilled cheese. They waitress asked and they said no. The waitress also said the chefs were being very difficult today. I would never eat at a place again where the chefs have mood swings and managment allows it. The place is very expensive and for a group of ten having a $300+ meal you think they would accomodate you every way they could. This place was able to ruin everyones night because they wanted to. I would never go here again or reccomend this place.

We had just moved here form Oregon and was looking for a nice place to have a nice dinner came here so we are still looking bad time waited a very long time to be waited on then it seemed like we were a problem more then a customer. Never had to feel like this in Oregon. Sorry but the customers do pay all the bills for this company with or dinner tab.

Me and my wife stop in for a evening meal but everything on the menu is high dollar more then we could afford. So we thought we would each hit the salad bar and split and order of chicken strips.well to make a long story short those salad's cost $ 10.00 each. Do you know how much salad makings we could get at the store for twenty dollars ? When we walked in we wondered how come a place so big only had about seven people eating. Could it be that they are pricing them self right out of business ? I know We will never eat there ....Bud

I wish you could pick no stars at all. We were a party of 10 out for a day on the motorcycles. We arrived at 1015am, told we could only get breakfast, no problem. At 1050am we were told that they had printer problems, and that they were starting our food and would have it in 20-25 minutes. By 1145, the waitress apologized again and said she hopes we don't walk out. We were so hungry, we were not getting up to leave at this point. By Noon one person had their meal, 1210, three more people had their meals, and by 1215 the rest had theirs. The waitress told us she would discount our meals (we only got 10% off). I asked for the manager and she told me that he would be no longer working there. NEVER GOING BACK...

Branding IRON has consistently fine meat. I always order the fillet. If you stay with the steaks or burgers, you'll be happy. Never been dissapointed and I'm over picky. THEY NOW HAVE A NICE WINE LIST AND HAVE RE-DECORATED. QUITE NICE.

Now that the hands have changed the food is suffering from flavor and enjoyment. the staff is very friendly except for the owner who needs to learn that a smile goes a long way in the restaurant business. It is way to pricey for what you are served. the only thing worth while besides the salad bar is the fried zuccini. it is known for there steaks and prime rib, id rather spend my money at taco bell
