YIPPEE-EI-O!!!!
I ate here with my mother last year while vacationing in the Grand Canyon, and I have been wanting to go back ever since. The food was EXCELLENT. I had filet mignon that came with corn on the cob, baked beans and a biscuit, served with prickly pear jelly. YUM! It was like a homecooked meal. We went at dinner time, and the service was a little bit slow, but the charm of our waiter made up for any delays. All the guys are dressed in plaid shirts with Wrangler jeans and ALL of them, without exception, had mustaches. They were really cute :). For an authentic "out west" dining experience, I highly recommend eating here.
