Service was good, ambience nice, food LOUSY! I had the ribs and my wife had the crab legs... Ribs were obviously boiled and like mush, no char, no flavor and still had plastic stuck to the top that they cooked with it! Couldn't eat let alone look at. Crab legs were cold and meat was hard. We will never eat here again!

The food there is great, love the live music and atmosphere! The service needs some work though. Had to wait for any refills on drinks.

My best to the Chef

What can I say- the food prepared by Chef Austin Pascucci was the best I have had. A true understanding to the art of food. I only wish I could have thanked him personally. -Anna Shurwin

Are they still open?

After my friends last experience there, which took 1 hour for salads, i doubt i will ever stop there again. It's a real shame, cause the place has top notch potential, with a very nice bar, great patio/outdoor seating, and used to have a very personable sous chef who seemed to have exeptional plate presentations and refined tastes. I always looked forward to stopping there on our next family vacation.

DEFINITELY WILL RETURN AND RECOMMEND.
By ,
Went to Jackson's Grill on Sat eve of July 4th weekend 2007 with a party of 7. We were seated promptly, received excellent service. The meals were well prepared and professionally presented. The seafood dishes were better than the beefthough. Drink prices were a little steep.

worst burger/poor service
By ,
July 14, 2007 -- Really stale bun, three times returned to kitchen, waitress didn,t seem to understand why bottom bun that cracks in half by itself is not acceptable-by that time burger went from kinda ok at first serving to that fine look of the inside meat on a Big Mac, if you know what I'm sayin----long long long wait in vertually empty (at lunch-maybe my 1st clue)restaurant - don't make the stop, better food in Flagstaff and Sedona, any day of the week.

You have to try this place!
By ,
I love the setting of this restuarant! It looks over a pasture full of horses and llamas. The decor inside is elegant and dim, candlelit, with peaceful jazz playing in the background. Our server was great, very professional and attentive, and the food was even better. I had the bacon wrapped filet and you could tell it was great quality! I'm hooked!

Jackson's Grill

I found Jackson's Grill to have a very beautiful setting. The food, however, was lacking. I was served the pizza and the Onion soup. Both were very bland, and I will not be returning.
