Pasta House Company, Pinetop

Our favorite restoraunt in the White Mountains. My girl friend and I officially started dating almost a year ago when I took her there. We have been back several times and are planning a romantic valentines date this year. The service has always been excellent. The food is the best on the mountain!

We had heard condradicting stories regarding this restauraunt...our experience was exceptional...the service, ambience, food and wine were beyond reproach...would recommend to everyone the experience for the price...ww will definitely be back!

I don't mind feisty staff, but do expect good service and hope for good food. I can't recommend the Pasta House.

Margaret,owner of the Pasta House in Pinetop, Az is the most RUDE and UNFRIENDLY business owner. not to mention the price we paid for the food and the HOSTILE atmosphere, she made rude and insulting comments to me about customers at another table, and that made me wonder what would she say to others about me, she got irritated with me when I ask questions about the menu items.She should go back to New Jersey or Boston or where ever that accent is from. don't ruin the mountains reputation we want the visitors to come back!!!Remember Margaret, once you've treated a customer like you do, they won't subject themselves to you again and word of mouth means alot on the Mountain!!

The worst experience ever!!! My husband and I celebrating our 13th anniversary and before we even made it through the door completely the owner was rude, obnoxious, condescending, snippy, and extremely unfriendly. We stayed in hopes it would get better but, after paying for a $100.00 dollar dinner we realized that the experience was so unsatisfactory that i never post a negative response online until now. Sitting in a house on a porch was not worth the $100.00 for bad, poor customer service. There are better places to have dinner at in Pinetop and this is not one of them. I will never return or refer. I have a franchise business of my own and I would never treat any of my customers the way we were treated. Michelle & James

the best italian food that i have ever eatin!!! i travel alot and look for other italian restuarants but nothing compares to the service and excellent food then margaret and her staff puts out. The seafood dishes are always fresh and delicious. i have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disapointed. the staff is always ontop of everything, whether if its your drinks being low, the endless homemade garlic bread, even down to being exact on timeing of how your food comes out. excellent and the best in arizona.

Amazing service and great food! Me and my family have been going here for years and absolutely love their food! We have also became good friends with the owner! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is here on vacation or who lives in the area. Its also a very busy little restaurant so I would highly recommend going early. And its a little pricy but well worth it!!! ;)

Terrible service and so-so food at an expensive price for the quality. We won't return especially now that there is a new and much better quality Italian restaurant in Pinetop (Red Devil).

My wife and I dine often,and have never been disappointed.Make sure you ask what the specials are !
