Lu Mandarin Buffet, Flagstaff

This buffet is also known as Super Mandarin Buffet. The other two main buffets in the city are China Star and Shezchuan Buffet. Lu Mandarin Buffet has really good food. About 8 bars of food and 1 bar where you can mix raw food and have the Authentic Chinese Chef cook it in front of you. One of the waitresses is very friendly and delightful. My only complaints are that on one occasion they were changing the air filters from the ceiling just around 10 feet away from my table, while I was eating. They recently hired a man with tattoos all over his arms. I was a regular there, but I will not be eating at this restaurant ever again. I want to eat at a respectable restaurant, not one where the staff look like prison inmates.

The food was delicious, and they had a big variety to choose from, about 6 bars of food. The only problem I had was with the service, the cashier had a real cocky attitude and the waittresses didn't seem to know how to do their job, some didn't even speak english. I'm not sure if i'll go there again.

Was in Flagstaff, Az. 5/06 Saw this place and tried it. Dinner buffet only $7.99. Great value, great variety. Recommend to anyone.
