Maybe I'm asking too much to expect Taco Bell to get my order right. I ordered 2- chicken Taquitos, 1- chicken soft taco, and 3- beef crunchy tacos. The only thing they got right was the chicken soft taco. So now I'm not surprised that they get such lousy reviews.
last evening i went to taco bell located at 8578 e, broadway, at camino seco.
i had 4 young girls with me ages 6 to 14 years old. 2 of the older girls were in front of me in line, and ordered for them selves. when my turn came to order, i started to give the girl taking orders at the counter my order, when she stopped me by putting up her finger to say hold on, then she sneezed into her open hand, and before i could say anything more she turned to sneeze into the other hand. at that point she turned back to face me and finished taking my order,
I'll be honest with you in saying I've worked in the Bar and Restaurant business since 1981. I have been in the grocery business for the last 12 years, and know a bit about the health code violations that tend to occur on an everyday basis. The employee that I encountered on the date mentioned , not only sneezed into both of her hands, while taking an order, did not wash them before touching my money or my drink cups. I was willing to let that go until later, i was waiting to go to the restroom,(there is only one, with a locked door) when waiting outside the restroom, I heard the toilet flush, and almost immedietly the person in the bathroom opened the door and came out. That person was the same employee that had taken my order earlier. When I thought to myself that maybe I didn't here her wash her hands, I went into the bathroom and the only way to dry your hands is with an electric hand dryer. As I walked out to my car I felt a bit sick to my stomache.
I tried to read the employees name, but it was to small to see. I will not go back to this taco bell location as long as this woman is still working there.
I find very hard to believe that an employee in a fast food restaurant cant think twice about washing there hands or sneezing into there elbows. IT'S JUST COMMEN SENSE!!
