Dolce Vita Restaurant, Tucson

Some of the best italian food I have ever had! However the busboy continualy sprayed tables with some foul disinfectent spray. He bussed three tables around us spraying foul chemicals into the air each time. This happened EVEN after complaing. As a result our dinner was unfinished. It was painful not to finish this delicious dinner as a result of poor front room management.

Greatest Italian Restaurant in all of southern Arizona most professional and friendly in all of Tucson. As for the food you won't find any better anywhere. The owner is really on top of his game.Excellent customer service. A real treat to eat here. Can't wait to return!!!

My family and I had the worst experience at this restaurant and will never be back. We are relaxed people but this place was awful. Upon first entering the establishment my husband and I were early so we decided to have a drink at the bar at which the owner was tending. We asked for a drink menu and he declined saying they didnt have one although later as we were seated with our group a drink menu was provided. Our waitress was rude, snotty, and continued to mutter nasty comments under her breath. The food was expensive but tasted terribly cheap and also very bland. For an Italian restaurant I was very suprised as usually dishes are so robust in flavor. I couldn't believe the lack of customer service, it seemed as if we were an inconvienence to the business.

My wife and I are very easy going, but this place was bad! Even the owner was extremely rude. The whole experience encompassed a server that was disrespectful, slow and unobservant; Calamari was over cooked to where it had to be swallowed whole before we felt the need to just return it, the pasta was very bland; worst of all the menu is high priced, with entrées upwards of $20.. This is the very first bad review I have written, the most regretful place we have ate if not the firs then too, and we feel so miss treated the next place I am writing to is BBB... if you go, good luck and I hope your experience is better, but it's doubtful.

We are new in town, temporary residents. Craving pizza and not liking chains we decided to try Dolce Vita as it is very near our place. The pizza was the best ever! The crust, which my husband normally doesn't eat, due to calories, was devoured. It was just perfect. Our waiter was friendly and welcoming. Lots of other snowbirds dining there also. We'll be back!

The meat lover's pizza or what ever they call it is phenomenal...best I've ever had and I've lived all over. My only complaint is that it might have a little too much meat on it. Also, its hard to try anything else on the menu when I find something I like so much. Regarding other reviews I seem to recall a slow service night on one occasion but over all I think we've always received decent service.

I went to Dolce Vita today. I live in Chandler and came down for the weekend.I truly LOVED the restaurant. The food is fabulous. This will be my place to eat when I am in town. The service was great,the food was absolutely delicious and the wine wonderful.

Seven of us enjoyed every bit of the place. Excellent service, super food, great atmosphere and very good prices. Highly recommended by seven older adult men that try different food establishments every Sunday night.
