This is one of my favorite Sushi Bars in Tucson. Even Mayor Bob enjoys eating sushi here. As a matter of fact, there is a sushi roll named after him... The food and service is great! I definately reccomend this restaurant to all those who enjoy eating sushi =-)
I am not sure why this restaurant has so many good reviews. It was terrible. A few of the rolls were far too large (they should never bee that large). The spicy tuna roll I ordered was not made fresh. It had obviously been made earlier and refrigerated. Yuck! All of the rolls we ordered had too much rice. Try Sushi Garden instead. It is much much better than this place.
Sashimi is amazing big!! Sushi is coming fast, sushi rolls are bigger and better than other resturants. Great value with great food! I have friends driving all the way from Phoenix to Tucson once a month just because of this restaurants!!
This restaurante was not that great. The sushi rolls were not tight and my rice was very sticky. Hence I had trouble picking up my food with chopsticks. The taste of the food was not that great either. Could have done better going to McDonalds.
I am not a fish eating person. But my DP is. and he loves the place. SO I tried it out and it was pretty good. Even the sushi was. And for the someone who is chopstick stupid *me*. I was able to eat my entire meal with them. Even our 2 year old loved it. It is small and the tables are close together. So it is not a place for a bigger party then 3-4 people. But to meet someone for a business lunch or to caught up with an old friend it is perfect.
