Opened in 1991 in the center of Tucson's Fourth Avenue district, this has quickly become one of the most popular night spots among UA students and twenty-somethings. Television sets are scattered about, normally showing sporting events or ESPN, but every hour or so, movie clips like the "Royale and Cheese" episode from Pulp Fiction or when Will Smith first gets his sunglasses in Men In Black are played. The joke is: who watches television or reads in a place like this anyway? The kitchen is open from 11a-10p. Burgers and fries, chicken sandwiches, buffalo-style hot wings, Caesar salad (all the sports bar staples) are offered. Dozens of beer selections are available.
Let me tell you.... The overall general crowd is in their mid 20's, the music is always fresh, and mixed in a creative style with themes and even video clips...There are pool tables...multiple bars.....including one outside with misters keeping you cool. There is no cover charge to get in. There is an ATM machine, 2 bathrooms, 4 pool tables, a decent sized dance floor, and the place will be crowded with tons of people having a good time...
