It's getting better now and the owners are pretty nice people. I think they have new management.

I went to the Cave Creek Coffee Co last week and had an amazing experience. I am from out of town and was looking for a relaxing environment where i can enjoy good coffee and good people....and that is exactly what i got. The espresso was delicious and the Barista made my drink exactly how i wanted it. I thought the whole place was very enticing. Besides the coffee bar there is a beautiful wine bar and a stage in the back for concerts. What a fabulous place.

My fiancee and I went to Cave Creek Coffee to celebrate our engagement. We had called ahead to let them know we were coming and spoke to the manager. She assured us that we would have a great experience and I was excited to surprise my fiancee since it was where we went on our first date. The server was fantastic and she did everything she could to make it a great experience and even kept her distance as I proposed. The thing that upset me was that the manager assured me she would be present and yet, she never once came to our table the entire two hours we were there. I am disappointed because we chose Cave Creek Coffee because of sentimental value, but I don't think we will ever go back. The food was horrendous and the wine selection showed that whoever chose it, knows nothing about wine. You would think that since we spoke to the manager about the fact that we were getting engaged that she would have have come out to our table and wished us well or sent us a glass of champagne but neither of those things happened. I really wanted this to be a special occasion but Cave Creek Coffee Company let me down.

Great coffee! Evening menu/wines are tasty but a bit pricy. Nice overall environment..low key, yet upscale.

Escape from the mundane My girlfriend and I wanted to find a coffee place that was a little different from the Starbucks clones that fill the metro area; little did we know what we were in for. While a bit of a drive for most people in the Valley, the Cave Creek Coffee Company is perfectly located. Set against the quiet Arizona desert, this little, out of the way place makes you feel right at home. There is basically two halves that make up this unique restaurant of sorts, a coffee shop that roasts its own beans in house and on the other side, a wine bar. While the coffee side is open during regular store hours and offers its own unique tastes from the Deidrich drum roaster, the wine bar picks up at night offering world class wines and other alcoholic beverages. On Monday nights, C4 a $5 any glass wine deal which can�t be beat. There is a showcase of local Arizona music talent to help the ambience and their food selections are reasonably priced. In particular, the Mediterranean pizza is a surefire accompaniment to any heady red wine. If you�re looking for some fun while trying to get away, Cave Creek Coffee Company is the place for you.

This is an excellent meet-up spot for a morning coffee, an afternoon sandwich, or an evening of beer, wine and fun. It's homey inside and they have live music inside and out with various forms of seating. Reminds me of a little house with comfy chairs, couches, a fireplace, and a wine bar. Cave Creek is not on the way to most places, which probably helps. Check it out.
