We like the atmosphere at La Casa, the old house is pretty cool. But the food is no different than that served at the Gutierrez families other resturants (i.e., Chili Pepper, Mr. G's). The only difference is that they serve it to you at your table, instead of standing in line for it. The food is good, I just expected a little bit of an expanded menu and other differences.
This popular Yuma restaurant located in an old house on Orange has been serving basic Mexican food, Yuma style, for years. The menu is limited, but the prices are great. The green chili burrito saddle style -while not as overstuffed as at other places - is a classic version of this Yuma favorite made with a wonderful flour tortilla filled and covered with ground beef and fresh green chilies in a light chili sauce.
