With several health violations under their belt, they are still in business. Floors and employee shirts are covered in food and grime. One worker was even witnessed sticking her thumb down in the milk shack container as it mixed. Ummmm GROSSS! The health department was contacted and asked when the last inspection was done on this pit, it was in June 2007! Yeah that's right almost a year ago. Gila County only has one health inspector and he is spread way to thin. He did inform me that they are repeat offenders though due to lack of management. There are NO Fines or Penalties in place for dirty repeat offender restaurants in Gila County so diners beware when eating in Payson Arizona.
